Who operates the service

House & Hour is developed and operated by Meridian Almanac LLC, a District of Columbia limited liability company. Privacy questions and data-rights requests may be sent to privacy@meridianalmanac.com.

Data you choose to provide

Account information may include your email address and authentication records. A personal profile may include a name, birth date, birth time, birthplace, coordinates, time zone, and preferences. Optional features may store journals, check-ins, card readings, reports, compatibility invitations, relationship profiles, consultation images, and the information you decide to share.

Birth details, journals, check-ins, and relationship information are used to provide the features you request. They are not sold or used to build advertising profiles.

Operational data

We may process device and app version, feature events, error diagnostics, security signals, approximate network information, notification status, purchase entitlement status, and support correspondence. We use this information to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the service.

Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Supabase, Sentry, email, hosting, and analytics providers may process limited data on our behalf under their own service terms and our configuration. We do not receive your full payment-card number from an app-store purchase.

Sharing and invitations

Nothing is shared publicly by default. If you create an invitation, report link, or share card, you choose the recipient and content. Avoid entering another person’s birth details or private information without their permission.

Retention, export, and deletion

Signed-in users can export their account data and permanently delete their cloud account from Settings → Privacy and account data. Deletion removes the account, profiles, birth details, readings, journals, reports, and other associated cloud data, subject to narrow legal, security, fraud-prevention, and transaction-record obligations.

If in-app deletion is unavailable, email privacy@meridianalmanac.com from the address associated with your account. We may verify the request before acting. Removing the app alone does not delete a cloud account.

Security and choices

We use access controls, encrypted transport, restricted administrative access, and deletion procedures designed for the sensitivity of reflective data. No service is risk-free. Use a unique password, enable available device protections, and avoid storing information you would not want associated with your account.

You can decline optional notifications, analytics, images, journal entries, compatibility sharing, and location precision. Some personalized calculations require accurate birth details; you may instead use a local demonstration where offered.

Children and international use

House & Hour is not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us. Data may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

Interpretive systems

Astrology, BaZi, Tarot, Numerology, Zi Wei Dou Shu, I Ching, and related practices are reflective frameworks, not scientifically validated prediction methods. The service does not claim that symbolic timing caused an outcome and does not provide medical, legal, financial, safety, or mental-health advice.
