Service and eligibility

These terms govern House & Hour and related services operated by Meridian Almanac LLC. You must be at least 18, legally able to accept these terms, and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account.

Reflection, not professional advice

Results are interpretive and do not guarantee accuracy, compatibility, outcomes, or future events. House & Hour must not be used for emergencies or as medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice. Relationship features cannot assess consent, abuse, coercion, safety, or relationship quality.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you enter. You grant Meridian Almanac the limited permission needed to host, process, synchronize, display, share at your request, export, and delete that content. You must have permission to submit another person’s information or any image you upload.

Purchases

Optional subscriptions and digital purchases are processed by the applicable app store and may be managed through RevenueCat. The store shows the final price, billing period, tax, trial, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions continue until canceled through the store account. Non-waivable consumer rights remain in effect.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, abuse automation, submit unlawful content, violate another person’s privacy, use invitations to pressure or profile someone, commit fraud, or use interpretive guidance to replace professional or emergency help.

Availability and termination

Features may change, be interrupted, or be retired. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, fraud, legal requirements, or material breach. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is, without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, Meridian Almanac is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or for decisions made from interpretive guidance. This does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be posted with a revised date and additional notice or consent where required. Questions or legal notices may be sent to legal@meridianalmanac.com. These terms are governed by applicable District of Columbia and United States law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections.
